Every reading source — manual, IR readers, mobile devices, GPRS modems, EDMI AMR — converges on one pipeline into the usage table, so billing treats them all identically.    Modems show online/offline with their meters and customer/room info. Modem បង្ហាញ online/offline ជាមួយកុងទ័រ និងព័ត៌មានអតិថិជន/បន្ទប់។
2. Read usage remotelyអានការប្រើប្រាស់ពីចម្ងាយ
   Tick meters → Read Usage; each row returns the end reading and online status. Save Usage posts them through the shared pipeline. ជ្រើសកុងទ័រ → "អានការប្រើប្រាស់"; ជួរនីមួយៗទទួលលេខចុង និងស្ថានភាព។ "រក្សាទុក" បញ្ចូលតាមបំពង់រួម។
3. Connect / disconnect relayភ្ជាប់ / ផ្តាច់ Relay
   Tick the meters, press Connect or Disconnect, confirm — commands are per meter. ជ្រើសកុងទ័រ ចុច "ភ្ជាប់ចរន្ត" ឬ "ផ្តាច់ចរន្ត" រួចបញ្ជាក់ — បញ្ជាតាមកុងទ័រនីមួយៗ។
   Feedback:លទ្ធផល៖ all success → success message; modem offline → "Modem … offline"; the meter refusing the command → "meter did not accept the command", with the error logged. ជោគជ័យទាំងអស់ → សារជោគជ័យ; Modem offline → "Modem … កំពុងផ្តាច់ (offline)"; កុងទ័របដិសេធ → "នាឡិកាស្ទង់មិនបានទទួលយកបញ្ជា" ជាមួយកំណត់ហេតុ។

4. EDMI AMR smart metersនាឡិកាស្ទង់ EDMI AMR

1. Service syncសមកាលកម្មសេវា Systemប្រព័ន្ធ
   The AMR service maps EDMI meters to customers automatically in the background. សេវា AMR ផ្គូផ្គងកុងទ័រ EDMI ទៅអតិថិជនដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ។
2. Download readingsទាញយកការអាន
